What is Seven Events?
Seven Events is a full-service event rental and floral company based in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. We provide modern rentals, real-touch faux florals, fresh floral design, signage, candles, and experiences for weddings and events across Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Durham Region, Peterborough, Prince Edward County, York Region, Halton Region, Peel Region, KCW, Muskoka, Niagara, Northumberland, Hastings and beyond.

Do you serve Toronto and the GTA?
Yes! We regularly deliver to Toronto and the surrounding area. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our warehouse in Omemee. We will travel anywhere from Kingston in the East, Kitchener to the West, and as far as Muskoka to the North

Can I view items in person before booking?
Yes, visits to our Studio Seven showroom are available by appointment. You can see our rentals, florals, and styling pieces up close before confirming your order.


Rentals

How does the rental process work?
Browse our online rental catalog, add your items to your cart, and check out directly on our website. Once your order is received, we’ll confirm availability, send your rental agreement, and arrange delivery or pickup details.

How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is five days (delivery or pickup before your event and return or pickup after). Extended rental periods are available upon request.

Do you offer setup for rental items?
Setup and takedown are not automatically included for rentals, but we can provide it for an additional fee. 

Do you offer setup for florals?
Yes! Included in the price of all florals is setup. Delivery may be extra depending on your total spend.

Can I pick up my rentals instead of having them delivered?
Most items are available for pickup from our Omemee location. Larger or more fragile items (like arches, bars, lounge furniture) require delivery by our team.

Why is the delivery price so high for orders that don't reach the free delivery minimum?
Unlike a normal item you are having delivered, we also have to pick up your rentals. We charge $1 per km, but our team travels that distance 4 times (to and from the drop-off and to and from the pickup). We understand that no one likes paying delivery fees, which is why we offer self-pickup and up to 5 day rentals for smaller orders and free delivery if you reach our minimum ($1200 for local, $1800 outside our local area).


Florals

Do you offer both fresh and faux florals?
Yes! We specialize in real-touch faux floral rentals and also design fresh florals for personal pieces and reception decor. Many couples choose faux for ceremony arrangements and fresh for bouquets, boutonnieres, and tablescapes.

What is the average floral investment?
Most couples spend between $1,800 and $3,500 for full-service florals with delivery, setup, and teardown included. We also offer smaller self-pickup orders and diy fresh flower buckets if you are looking for alternatives!

Can I customize my floral designs?
Absolutely! We are launching pre-set collections in 2026, but we also offer fully custom for all your fresh and faux pieces.

Do you mix fresh flowers into faux arrangements?
No, we keep faux and fresh arrangements separate to maintain quality and durability, but they’re designed to complement one another perfectly. We will on occasion mix a few artificial stems in if there are certain off-season flowers that are a must-have in your bridal bouquet (peonies, poppies, etc.).


Candles

Do you have both real and LED candles?
Yes, we sell dripless flame candles and rent wax-dipped LED candles for venues that don’t allow open flame.

Do you provide hurricane glass covers if my venue requires them?
Yes, we offer clear glass hurricane chimneys and sleeves in various heights to meet venue safety requirements.

Is candle setup included?
Candle setup is not included by default, but we can handle setup and takedown for an additional fee.


The Guest Cam

What is The Guest Cam?
The Guest Cam is our screen-free digital camera that allows your guests to capture candid, in-the-moment photos throughout your celebration.

How does it work?
We ship The Guest Cam to you before your event, and guests simply point and shoot — no screens, filters, or distractions. After your event, you send it back, and we upload all the photos to a private online gallery for you to download and share.

Is The Guest Cam available across Canada?
Yes! We offer nationwide shipping within Canada. Each rental includes return shipping and a simple setup guide.


Delivery & Setup

Do you deliver and pick up rentals?
Yes, our team delivers across Southern Ontario. Delivery fees vary based on location, size of order, and setup requirements.

Do you set up the items I rent?
Setup is not automatically included. You can choose to DIY setup or hire our team for full-service installation at an additional cost.

Do you handle teardown after the event?
Yes, if teardown service is booked. Otherwise, items must be packed and ready for pickup when our team arrives.


Booking & Policies

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-9 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). However, we can often accommodate last-minute orders if items are available.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event.

What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
A replacement fee will apply for any missing or damaged items. We’ll provide a detailed inventory list and care instructions to help avoid any issues.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card and visa debit through our secure checkout system.
